What do London Tube stations taste like?

James Wannerton has a condition called Synaesthesia, which causes him to taste words when he hears/sees them. The condition links senses which are normally experienced separately. When he was 4 years old he noticed that each underground station had its own unique taste and since the  has been keeping notes and making repeat trips to the city to complete his Underground taste map. It’s been 49 years in the making, fascinating stuff!
